The demodulating method comprises the following steps of: firstly, sending the received carrier information to the carrier processing chip by a carrier receiving circuit; meanwhile, detecting the zero-crossing information on the electric line by the zero-crossing circuit, and sending the zero-crossing information to the carrier processing chip; then, demodulating the carrier information by the carr
