The invention discloses a device for monitoring accumulator discharging, relating to a monitoring device for controlling the discharging current and discharging intensity of an accumulator. The device comprises an industrial personal computer (IPC), which is connected with a current given circuit and a voltage current temperature sampling circuit respectively; the current given circuit is connected with battery discharging device; the voltage current temperature sampling circuit is connected with the accumulator; and the IPC is connected with a man-machine interactive interface comprising a touch screen for setting parameters and a display screen for displaying data. The invention can provide a correct and proper comparing current and information for real-time measuring the capacity of the accumulator so as to ensure the realization of constant current discharge of the accumulator by controlling the current given circuit and the voltage current temperature sampling current through the IPC.
