The system has the main technical characteristics that: the numerical control machining simulation system is formed by connecting virtual numerical control equipment, a hard panel simulator and an operating element, wherein the virtual numerical control equipment is connected with the hard panel simulator through a serial interface; and the hard panel simulator is connected with the operating element through a parallel interface. Due to the adoption of a simulation mode combining the virtual numerical control equipment with the hard panel simulator, the numerical control machining simulation system has the characteristics of reasonable design, strong realistic sense of simulation, wide application range and easy extension, is suitable for a large-scale operational training of a numerical control system and effectively enhances the effect on the training. |
