Zusammenfassung:	The invention provides a back-vision display device, which comprises an image acquisition device, a display device, an illuminator and a transflective film. The display device is used for displaying image information acquired by an external image acquisition device; the illuminator is positioned on the light-emitting side of the display device; the light carrying the image information, which is emitted by the display device, permeates the transflective film; and the transflective film is formed by alternatively stacking trititanium pentoxide films and silicon dioxide films. The invention alsoprovides a vehicle with the back-vision display device.
