Device for detecting voltage of serially-connected cells

The invention provides a device for detecting the voltage of serially-connected cells, used for detecting the voltage value of a plurality of serially-connected cell units. The device for detecting the voltage of serially-connected cells comprises a plurality of amplification circuits, a control unit and at least one sensing resistor. The control unit is used for controlling on or off of the cellunit to connect each amplification circuit in parallel and couple-out a sensing resistor and measuring voltage signals by a measuring node located at the amplification circuit and the sensing resistor. Accordingly, the voltage value of each serially-connected cell unit can be measured, thereby achieving the functions of simplifying the complexity of the circuit design and saving power consumptionof the cell unit.
