Zusammenfassung:	The invention provides a high molecular nano composite material and a preparation method thereof. The high molecular nano composite material comprises a non-crystalline polyester high molecular substrate and a plurality of lamellar works which are mixed and doped into the non-crystalline polyester high molecular substrate, wherein the lamellar works have one or more length-diameter ratios. The preparation method of the high molecular nano composite material comprises the following steps: providing the non-crystalline polyester high moleculars, providing a plurality of modified lamellar works which have one or more length-diameter ratios, mixing the modified lamellar works evenly, mixing and doping into the non-crystalline polyester high moleculars and forming the high molecular nano composite material in a molten processing mode as the formula (I).
