The invention relates to a propylene homopolymerized or copolymerized catalyst and a preparation method and application thereof. The propylene homopolymerized or copolymerized catalyst comprises the components of at least one Ti-halogen-bonded titanium compound loaded on a MgCl2.nROH adduct and at least two electron donor compounds A and B, wherein the electron donor compound A is a compound in general expression (I), and the electron donor compound B is an ester or ether compound; the mol ratio of the electron donor compound A to the electron donor compound B is 0.1-5; the mol ratio of the gross of the two electron donors to the MgCl2.nROH is 0.01-1; the mol ratio of the Ti-halogen-bonded titanium compound to the MgCl2.nROH is 1-200; and the catalyst has high activity, higher stereospecificity and good copolymerization performance, and the obtained polymer has a good form.
