Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a process for manufacturing cooling tower cement grid plates by adopting a mechanical stripping method. The process is achieved by the following equipment: straight-through square holes are arranged inside a steel mould, the solid parts of the two ends of the steel module are respectively provided with a steel rotor, slugs are inserted into the straight-through square holes, an upper stainless steel wire layer and a lower stainless steel wire layer are arranged at intervals laterally and vertically among the slugs, and cement plaster is poured; the steel rotors are connected with an external mould, two ends of the external mould are respectively provided with a lifting hole, and the external mould is arranged at the periphery of the steel mould; square holes are formed on the plane of a mould bracket, and sleeved in gaps among the top pillars on a top mould.
