The invention discloses a method for transmitting system messages of a computer system and a configuration management program thereof. The method comprises the following steps: firstly, providing a first storage recording at least one system message; then, when the configuration management program needs some system message of the computer system, triggering one interrupt by the configuration management program, wherein the interrupt contains a corresponding order message; and then, processing the above interrupt by an interrupt processing program, which is convenient to carry out corresponding configuration setting operation according to the above order message or send the corresponding system message in the first storage back to the configuration management program according to the order message.
