The invention discloses an antenna infrared cell which mainly comprises an infrared cell basic unit, wherein the infrared cell basic unit comprises an infrared receiving antenna, an AC/DC rectifier and an electrode which is adjacent to the infrared receiving antenna; the infrared receiving antenna receives an infrared electromagnetic wave and inputs high-frequency alternating current power into the AC/DC rectifier after converting the energy of the infrared electromagnetic wave into the high-frequency alternating current power; the AC/DC rectifier is realized by a bridge type rectifying circuit, and the electrode is connected with the infrared receiving antenna by the bridge type rectifying circuit; the AC/DC rectifier converts the high-frequency alternating current power input by infrared receiving antenna into direct current power and provides the direct current power by the electrode; and the infrared cell array is formed by cascading a plurality of infrared cell basic units.
