Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a baked brick prepared by sintering crushed construction waste, mud cakes by pressing waste mud, desulphurization gypsum and coal cinder in a leather factory as aggregates and admixture with a certain ratio. Compared with common baked bricks, the invention reduces the production cost while meeting the compressive strength. In the solid waste brick formula, all raw materials are selected from construction and industrial wastes, so that the invention solves the difficult problem of processing construction waste mud and construction waste and the problem of environment pollution caused by the desulphurization gypsum and other solid wastes, protects cultivated land resources, and realizes the recycling of the solid wastes.
