Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a ferromagnetic shape memory alloy and a preparation method thereof, in particular to a NiMnGaSi alloy bonding magnet and a preparation method thereof. In the preparation method of the NiMnGaSi alloy bonding magnet, raw materials which are Ni2O3 powder, Ga2O3 powder, Mn powder, Ca powder and SiO2 latex solution are selected, and the NiMnGaSi alloy powder is obtained by reduction reaction and diffusion reaction; and the NiMnGaSi alloy powder is bonded into a whole to obtain the NiMnGaSi alloy bonding magnet. The magneto strain performance and the mechanical performanceof the NiMnGaSi alloy bonding magnet can be obviously improved; and the NiMnGaSi alloy bonding magnet is difficult to heat under the action of a high-frequency electromagnetic field, can be processedinto different seizes and shapes according to the requirement of workpieces, and has larger application value.
