Zusammenfassung:The invention provides an oil extractor control system for viscous oil recovery, comprising a sensor, a control circuit and a load sensor. The sensor is used for acquiring signals for the oil extractor to perform upstroke and downstroke; the load size measured by the sensor is used for judging whether a polish rod is separated from a beam hanger; when the load value measured by the sensor is smaller than the preset value, the control system automatically controls a variable speed motor to lower the rotating speed to adapt to the downstream speed of the polish rod; the signals of the upstroke and the downstroke are acquired by a proximity switch or an angle transducer; the load sensor is arranged above the beam hanger; the polish rod is arranged above the load sensor in a stuck manner; and the variable speed motor can be a variable frequency and variable speed motor or a switched reluctance motor or a motor with an electric-magnetic slip clutch.
