Zusammenfassung:	The invention provides a valve structure and a micro pump using the same, wherein the valve structure comprises a valve hole diaphragm and a valve diaphragm; the valve hole diaphragm is provided with a valve hole which is positioned in the center of the valve hole diaphragm, and a plurality of wavy flanges are arranged at the periphery of the valve hole; in addition, the valve diaphragm is attached above the valve hole diaphragm and provided with at least one pair of strip-shaped holes which are symmetrically arranged at two sides of the center of the valve diaphragm, and an area enclosed by the strip-shaped holes on the valve diaphragm covers the valve hole of the valve hole diaphragm.
