The invention discloses an electric power enterprise machine room structure and a construction method thereof. The structure comprises a machine frame, a plurality of lamps, a smoke sensing device, a workbench, a ground adjusting device, an air conditioner, an exchanger cabinet and a machine cabinet which are arranged in a machine room, the structure also comprises a UPS host machine arranged beside the workbench and a UPS battery cabinet isolated with the UPS host machine. The method comprises the steps of wire layout in the machine room and power distribution in the machine room. According to the invention, the original cabinet-type air conditioner is changed into a ceiling frequency conversion air conditioner, and the UPS (uninterrupted power supply) battery cabinet which is isolated with the UPS (uninterrupted power supply) host machine is constructed; through reconstruction, the machine room has a closed space which is suitable for a fire extinguishing system of the machine room; and the structure has th
