The amino acid sequence of the alpha-galactosidase AGA36 is shown in SEQ ID NO.1, and the enzyme has appropriate acting pH value, strong resistance to metal ions and surfactants, strong protease resistance and better capacity for hydrolyzing various substrates, and can be applied to the feedstuff and food service industries as a feedstuff or a food additive.
