Zusammenfassung:	The invention belongs to the fields of a plastic products and sectional materials thereof, in particular to a poly-arylene ether nitrile composite material, a poly-arylene ether nitrile bar and a preparation method thereof. The technical problem to be solved in the invention is to provide the poly-arylene ether nitrile composite material suitable for extrusion molding. The poly-arylene ether nitrile composite material contains the following components in parts by weight: 63 to 100 parts of poly-arylene ether nitrile, 3 to 5 parts of plasticizers, 2 to 4 parts of lubricants and 0.05 to 30 parts of fillers. The poly-arylene ether nitrile composite material can be used for preparing the poly-arylene ether nitrile bars or plates by extrusion molding, and then the poly-arylene ether nitrile bars or plates can be used for preparing various parts in the fields of aerospace, automobiles, machinery, chemical industry and the like.
