Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a process for processing peanut sprouts, which comprises the following steps: A, soaking peanut kernels in aqueous solution of gibberellin and un-rooting agent; and B, growing the soaked peanut kernels for 5 to 7 days at the temperature of between 18 and 30 DEG C by shielding, and washing the grown peanut kernels twice to thrice with water every day, wherein the aqueous solution of the gibberellin and the un-rooting agent comprises 1 part of the gibberellin, 1 part of the un-rooting agent and 50,000 parts of water in part by weight.
