The KP1 clay is prepared by mixing the following raw materials by weigh portion: 80 portions of potassium silicate, 20 portions of furan resin and 200-240 portions of KP1 powder. The KP1 clay can resist the corrosion of the concentrated sulfuric acid, the diluted sulfuric acid and the water and has strong corrosion-resistant ability and long corrosion-resistant service life.
