Zusammenfassung:	The invention provides a multilink video packet receiving and playing method based on public mobile communication, which comprises the following steps: establishing a plurality of sockets, receiving video packets in a multilink manner, carrying out packet interleaving caching to subpackets of an I frame packet and non-I frame packet so as to form a normal data frame, thus realizing the receiving and playing function of a plurality of subpackets of a whole video data frame after multilink transmission, solving the mosaic phenomenon and fluency problem of wireless video images, and ensuring the real-time performance of videos.
