The invention provides an improved roller device specially used for cable laying of a bridge frame, which can improve working efficiency, save time and labor and guarantee the safety of cables. The improved roller device comprises a pair of supporting plates and a rolling lever, wherein the supporting plates are horizontally distributed oppositely. The improved roller device is characterized in that the rolling lever is supported on the upper end surfaces of a pair of the supporting plates which comprise vertical plates and side positioning plates; one side of the vertical plate is provided with the side positioning plate which is provided with a locking device; the other side of the vertical plate is provided with a rolling lever supporting structure; and the two ends of the rolling lever are respectively supported on the rolling lever supporting structure.
