The backlight source realizing mode of LCD is as follows: using the coarse texture surface distributed in a cavity space with closed surrounding and opened upper part to scatter and then uniformly diffuse the light of an illumination light source so as to provide backlight for a liquid crystal glass sheet arranged above the cavity. The invention also provides a backlight source device that at least comprises: a cavity which is a cavity structure with closed surrounding and opened upper part and with coarse texture surfaces distributed on the bottom surface and peripheral sides; an illumination light source arranged on an open slot or a hole of one side at the periphery of the cavity; and liquid crystal glass that is arranged above the cavity, covers the cavity and forms a space with the cavity.
