Method for detecting activity of fluorescein diacetate in bottom sediment

The invention discloses a method for detecting activity of fluorescein diacetate in bottom sediment. The method comprises the following steps: 1) weighting a bottom sediment sample, adding phosphoric acid buffer solution to shake evenly; adding FDA solution to start a reaction, performing shaking culture for coloration; 2) after the culture, immediately adding chloroform/methanol mixed termination agent to stop the reaction, fully shaking evenly; 3) centrifuging the mixed solution, taking supernatant to detect the absorbance at 490nm; and 4) calculating the amount of fluorescein and performing calculation and unit standardization to the activity of FDA.
