Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a detection method of a commutator segment interdeep. In the detection method, an active core shaft and a driven shaft respectively support against an upper central circular hole and a lower central circular hole of a commutator to be detected and the commutator to be detected rotates with the two shafts; after a vision sensor senses the commutator segment interdeep, an electronic shutter of the vision sensor is instantly triggered for continuously photographing the commutator segment interdeep to generate visual signals which are sent to an image processor for processing; the image processor judges whether the commutator is qualified or not according to a preset detection project for the commutator segment interdeep and sends the information to a micro-computer controller; if qualified, the word OK is displayed, and if exceeding a set range, the word NG is then displayed.
