The rise speed controlling method comprises a speed detecting system and a stator servo control system. The speed detecting system is used for detecting the real-time speed of a gas turbine to provide a speed measuring value PV for a speed PID regulator; the static servo control system is used for executing the output command of the speed PID regulator to control the opening of a gas turbine stator; the speed measuring value PV and the opening are simultaneously inputted to the PID regulator for operation, the output MV of the PID regulator finally controls the opening size of the stator so that the automatic rise speed of the machine set is controlled, and the curve of the automatic rise speed is the core part in the controlling process.
