Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a process for upgrading and recycling lignite to jointly produce power, steam, coal gas, tar and moulded coal, which is a process realized in such a way that a circulating fluid bed burning boiler is connected in series with a circulating fluid bed coal pyrolysis reactor, a generator and a lignite drying moulding device so as to comprehensively recycle water-rich lignite for supplying power, steam, coal gas, tar and moulded coal. Heat required by lignite pyrolysis gasification is supplied by soot of the circulating fluid bed firing boiler; coal enters the circulating fluid bed pyrolysis reactor for destructive distillation to react with overheat water steam to obtain the coal gas, tar and semicoke; the semicoke enters the circulating fluid bed firing boiler to be used as fuel byproduct steam; the high-medium pressure steam in byproduct is used for power supply, the withdrawn low pressure steam is used for drying water-rich lignite to the water content that moulding requires; and part
