Zusammenfassung: | The invention belongs to the field of metal material, and more particularly relates to a hot precision forging die steel which is characterized by comprising the components by mass percent: 0.35-0.45% of C, 0.1-0.3% of Si, 0.4-0.6% of Mn, 2.5-3.5% of Cr, 1.9-2.2% of Mo, 2.0-3.0% of W, 0.8-1.0% of V, less than or equal to 0.020% of S, less than or equal to 0.020% of P and balance Fe. The die steel has enough thermal strength and heat stability as well as excellent thermal fatigue resistance and cold and hot impact performance, thus being especially suitable for a hot precision forging die and having long service life. |
