The method comprises the steps of: weighing soybean, mulberry, lotus seed and oyster; evenly mixing; adding the mixture into water according to a certain proportion; boiling and filtering to obtain filter liquor; adding a certain quantity of vitamin D and vitamin C into the filter liquor; and homogenizing after mixing, degassing, sterilizing and packing.
