Zusammenfassung:The invention claims a protein improved feed based on broccoli stem-leaf powder. The full price feed comprises the components in percentage by weight: 3 to 10 percent of broccoli stem-leaf powder, 0.01 to 0.3 percent of chili pepper powder, 0.05 to 0.2 percent of betain, 0.00002 to 0.0001 percent of organic selenium with respect to selenium. The broccoli stem-leaf powder and the chili pepper powder are in synergistic effect to accelerate the precipitation of yolk pigment so as to have a better yolk color sense. The coexistence of the betain and the broccoli stem-leaf powder can restrain the chlorophyll porphyrin ring from de-magging reaction, and stabilize the chlorophyll, thereby enhancing the height of egg white, the color of egg yolk, the Haugh unit, the thickness and strength of the eggshell of hen eggs or duck eggs, and decreasing the content of cholesterol in egg yolks.
