Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to pyrimidine substituted acrylic ester compounds with fungicidal activities, having the following general formula: R1 is selected from H and linear alkyls of C1-C4; R2 is selected from phenyl, substituted phenyl and furan ring; and asymmetric carbon atoms labeled with * have R and S configurations or are mixtures with different ratios. Raw materials are dissolved in solvent, then methanol-sodium methoxide solution is added into the solvent and the mixtures are acidificated by hydrochloric acid or sulphuric acid with the pH values being equal to 2-3 to obtain 4,6-dihydroxy-pyrimidine (compound 3); the intermediate 4,6-dihydroxy-pyrimidine (compound 3) is mixed with POC13 according to the ratio and organic base such as triethylamine, pyridine or DMF is taken as a catalyst, then an intermediate 4,6-dichloropyrimidine (compound 4) is obtained; and the intermediate 4,6-dichloropyrimidine (compound 4) reacts in the solvent at the temperature of 70DEG C for 5 hours to obtain a target p |
