Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a rear axle assembly of a four-wheel motorcycle. A rear axle shell is arranged in a bottom fork anchor ear and hooped by the bottom fork anchor ear; a rear axle shaft passes through the rear axle shell; and a rear disk brake seat and a chain pulley seat are sleeved on the rear axle shaft and arranged at two ends of the rear axle shell and respectively tightly press bearings arranged at two ends of the rear axle shell. The rear axle shaft is provided with an adjusting nut for adjusting the pressing degree of the rear disk brake seat to the bearings; an elastic gasket is arranged between the rear disk brake seat and the adjusting nut; and a radial set screw is screwed on the adjusting nut and inserted in a circular groove arranged on the rear axle shaft. The adjusting nut realizes axial locking through the elastic gasket and the set screw; in addition, compared with the locking and locating way of the original opposite jacking nut, the locating of the structure is more reliable.
