The invention provides a chemical cleaning agent for alumina production pipeline scale, and relates to a chemical cleaning formulation applicable to multi-phase complex aluminum compound scale. The agent is characterized by comprising the following components in percentage by weight: 8 to 18 percent of hydrochloric acid, 6 to 8 percent of urotropine, 4 to 7 percent of thiourea, 2 to 5 percent of copper chloride, 0.01 to 0.02 percent of hydrogen fluoride, and the balance of water.
