Zusammenfassung:	The invention provides a sleeve pipe tieback device which comprises a tieback cylinder, a change-over plug, a centralizer, a tieback seal plug, a tieback extending pipe and a guide shoe, wherein the tieback cylinder is arranged at the upper end of a tail pipe at the lower part; the change-over plug is a hollow plug with double female buckles and a single male buckle; an upper joint of the change-over plug is connected with a pipe column at the upper part; a lower joint of the change-over plug is connected with the tieback extending pipe; the external diameter of the lower joint of the change-over plug is the male buckle connected with the tieback seal plug; the relative position between the tieback extending pipe and the tieback cylinder is fixed in such a way that the centralizer is sleeved between the tieback extending pipe and the tieback seal plug; the guide shoe is arranged at the lower end of the tieback extending pipe; and the other end of the guide shoe is provided with a tip.The sleeve pipe tieback d
