Zusammenfassung:	The present invention provides a method and device for encoding and decoding audio signal. According to one facet of the present invention, an audio signal encoding device is provided, which comprises: a receiver for receiving at least one of a multi-channel audio signal and a first audio signal; a first encoder for loading and mixing the multi-channel audio signal to generate a second audio signal and extract a space parameter from the multi-channel audio signal; a second encoder encoding at least one of the first audio signal and the second audio signal to generate an audio signal to be encoded; and a multiplexor for performing multiplexing to the audio signal to be encoded and the space parameter, so as to generate a satellite digital multimedia broadcasting streaming.
