The invention relates to a modularized multifunctional bearer, in particular to a commercial automobile vehicle frame for a truck or a carriage, the commercial automobile bicycle frame consists of at least two preprocessed module (20, 21) each comprising two longitudinal girder segments (5) which are connected with each other. The adjacent longitudinal girder segments (5) in adjacent modules (20,21) are connected with each other by a fixing mechanism, respective fixing mechanism is composed of a multifunctional bearer (1) formed by welding a plurality of steel plate bending members or stamping parts, the multifunctional bearer has side walls, which are arranged to each other in an angular manner, at least a part of an insertion wall (41) is surrounded for the reinforcement of the multifunctional bearer (1). The insertion wall (41) runs in an angle to a longitudinal axis (9) of the multifunctional bearer (1). Distributing holes (17), which are used for the connection of the longitudinal girder segments (5) or
