Zusammenfassung:On an automatic transmission (3) equipped with a first clutch engaged at startup time, a brake engaged together with the first clutch at two-speed stage, and a second clutch engaged together with thefirst clutch at three-speed stage, especially when it is determined that a path is flat in performing neutral control, a three-speed stage state is placed by the second clutch without carrying out Hill hold by the brake.
