Personal identity verification and transformation system

The invention relates to a personal identity verification and transformation system. A user wears a wrist-worn electronic device which is registered with personal biologic characteristic data and personal identity information, the identity is verified by a verification activation device, a wearing state on the wrist is checked, and a verification activation command is transmitted to the wrist-wornelectronic device under a condition that the two checking results pass together.
