The method comprises the following steps: according to the information category of navigation information to be distributed, selecting a navigation information coding strategy and a navigation information distributing strategy, which are correspond to the information category of the navigation information to be distributed; and according to the selected the navigation information coding strategy, setting the broadcasting frequency and/or broadcasting priority of navigation information stream data, and processing the navigation information with the proper navigation information coding strategy and the a navigation information distributing strategy before distributing, so as to provide more intuitional navigation information for customers.
