Nose cone of drill chuck

The invention discloses a nose cone body of a drill chuck, which uses a steel plate as a raw material to replace a solid steel bar for production. A jacket and a liner of a hollow cone are made of steel plates; the front end of the liner is fixed in the jacket, while the tail end extends out of the jacket; the liner is a hollow cavity; a snap ring is embedded between the inner side of the bottom of the jacket and the outer wall of the liner; and plastics and other filler are filled in a clearance formed between the inner wall of the jacket and the outer wall of the liner. Compared with the prior art, the nose cone reduces cost of raw materials of a unit product by 65 to 70 percent, and is only about 25 percent of the prior equipment investment with the same output, has simple operation andremarkably reduces manual manufacturing cost.
