Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a method for analyzing benzo[a]pyrene and phenol in cigarette mainstream smoke simultaneously, and the method comprises the following steps: 1) the extraction and enrichment and purification of benzo[a]pyrene; 2) the detection of benzo[a]pyrene through gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC/MS-SIM); 3) the enrichment and purification of phenol; and 4) the detection of phenol through high performance liquid chromatography-fluorescence detector (HPLC-FL). The method can analyze the benzo[a]pyrene and phenol in cigarette mainstream smoke simultaneously, reduce the numberof pumping cigarette smoke, the workload of analysis and the secondary pollution, and prolong the service life of HPLC chromatographic column. The relative standard deviation (RSD) of the repeatability for the detection of phenol in cigarette mainstream smoke is 1.099% and the average recovery of standard addition is 98.5%.
