The method for producing the saturated oil through continuously hydrogenating the castor oil comprises the following steps: firstly, sufficiently stirring the castor oil and an oil catalyst; secondly, enabling the castor oil to enter the top of a tower-type three-section reaction kettle; thirdly, leading in hydrogen and keeping the pressure between 0.6Mpa and 1.0Mpa, the upper section temperature between 125 and 130 DEGC, the middle section temperature between 138 and 142 DEG C and the lower section temperature between 136 and 140 DEG C; and fourthly, cooling the castor oil and obtaining the saturated oil.
