Identification method of charger for battery

The invention provides an identification method of a charger for a battery. An information base is previously stored in the main control circuit of the charger. The method comprises the steps: the control circuit arranged in the battery collects the model of the battery and state information, converts the information into a pulse signal of a characteristic frequency, and sends the pulse signal tothe main control circuit of the charger through a circuit switched on when the charger is used for charging the battery; and the main control circuit of the charger receives the pulse signal and identifies the model and battery state information of the battery embedded in the charger referring to the information base according to the frequency of the pulse signal.
