Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a steel pipeline epoxy powder anti-corrosion coating capable of resisting cathodic disbanding for over 30 days. The coating consists of the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 40 to 60 percent of novolac epoxy resin, 9 to 12 percent of curing agent, 25 to 45 percent of filling material, 0.5 to 1 percent of phthalo blue, 0.5 to 1 percent of benzoin, and 0.4 to 1 percent of auxiliary agent, wherein the epoxy value of the novolac epoxy resin is 0.11 to 0.13, and the softening point is 85 to 95 DEG C; the hydroxyl equivalent weight of the curing agent is 200 to 210, and the softening point is 82 to 86 DEG C; the filling material comprises more than one of rutile type titanium dioxide, precipitated barium sulfate, silicon micropowder and mica powder, and the fineness is 400 to 800 meshes; and the auxiliary agent may be one or more of polypropylene flatting agent powder auxiliary agent or fumed silica thixotropic agent.
