The drawing type electronic device with the handle structure is applicable to the electronic equipment and comprises: a shell provided with an accommodating groove, a handle structure, an elastic fastening device and a buckling component arranged correspondingly to the elastic fastening device. The handle structure is fastened and buckled with the buckling component through the elastic fastening device so as to be rotationally arranged in the accommodating groove.
