Zusammenfassung:The invention belongs to the field of metal base bands of high-temperature super conduction coating conductor textures, which comprises the following steps: controlling the granularity of W powders by high-energy ball milling; controlling the distribution state of W-rich areas of billet ingots by optimizing the sintering temperature of the billet ingots; then processing the billet ingots by cold drawing and cold rolling, and then carrying out crystallization thermal treatment to obtain a Ni-W alloy base band with a non-magnetic cubic texture. The method is simple and feasible, and the prepared Ni-W alloy base band has favorable surface quality and sharp cubic texture and can be directly used for extensionally growing transitional layers and superconductive layers; and meanwhile, the Ni-W alloy base band has no magnetism in a liquid nitrogen temperature zone and high mechanical strength, and can meet and further improve the requirement of the YBCO coating conductor performance.
