Method for processing rice hulls into vegetable oil and dry powdered rice hulls and application of dry powdered rice hulls

The invention provides a method for processing rice hulls into vegetable oil and dry powdered rice hulls and application of the dry powdered rice hulls so as to solve the technical problem that the rice hulls are directly used as fuel and have small economic value currently. The method is characterized by comprising the following steps: heating and pressurizing the rice hulls until the vegetable oil and degreased carbon granules of the rice hulls are precipitated; separating the vegetable oil from the dry powdered rice hulls, and respectively packaging; and injecting the dry powdered rice hulls through a high-pressured air hose and a nozzle into a boiler combustion chamber for combustion. The method has the advantages that: the rice hulls are converted into the vegetable oil and the degreased dry powdered rice hulls to replace partial hydrocarbon energy, and the economic value of the rice hulls is greatly improved to facilitate income improvement of farmers.
