Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a preparation method of high performance hydrogen storage alloy powder, and in the invention, the hydrogen storage alloy ingot after heat treatment is crushed into coarse crushing material which is equal to or less than 10 mm by a sealed jaw coarse crushing machine; a primary sieving is carried out on the coarse crushing material through impact levigation crushing and a spin-vibrating sieving; a secondary sieving separation is carried out on the plus sieve of the primary sieving by an independent sieving assembly under the protection of protective gas; the separated secondary plus sieve enters an impact grinding for secondary crushing; the materials obtained from the secondary and primary sieving are reasonably allocated to configure powder body which conforms to requirements; the configured powder body is fully and evenly mixed by a three-dimensional stereo blender mixer which is introduced with protective gas after evacuation, and the discharge is packaged into qualified powder body. |
