Disintegrant in the disintegration method of the concentrated pills comprises the components by mass percent: 10-20% of talcum powder, 20-30% of sodium carboxymethyl cellulose and 50-70% of sodium sulfate which are in a state of powder; after the components are directly mixed together according to the proportion; when being lumped, the concentrated pills are added to be evenly mixed based on 5% of the weight of the lumped materials; 95% of edible ethanol is taken as binding agent for preparing the bills, and the weight of the 95% of edible ethanol is 30% of that of the lumped materials. The pills prepared by the method can be disintegrated within 30min, so as to be far shorter than 2h specified by pharmacopeia.
