Zusammenfassung:	The invention is a flexible connecting device of a ball screw assembly. An upper connecting plate (2) and a lower connecting plate (5) are located at two ends of a screw (6). A screw nut connecting plate (3) and a screw nut (7) are sleeved on the screw (6). The upper connecting plate (2) and the lower connecting plate (5) are adjacent to two ends of a composite unit of two large pressing plates (4) in 90 degrees respectively, the lower connecting plate (5) and the screw nut connecting plate (3) are adjacent to two ends of a composite unit of two small pressing plates (1) in 90 degrees respectively, and the composite unit of two large pressing plates(4) is also adjacent to the composite unit of two small pressing plates (1). The assembled connecting device is a box body, and the screw nut (7) is located in the box body. The flexible connecting device provided by the invention realizes flexible connection between connecting plates by utilizing a flexure strip (11) in the composite unit of the pressing plates, a
