The invention provides a rotary conveying device of a heavy load workpiece, comprising a ring-shaped motor which includes a rotor and stators arranged in a ring shape; the conveying device also comprises a rotating working platform connected with the rotor, a bottom support frame connected with the stators, a rotating shaft component which is positioned at an axle center of the ring-shaped motor and movably connected with one end of the rotating working platform, and a rotary support component. When the heavy load workpiece is conveyed, the rotating working platform takes the rotating shaft component as the center and moves along the movement of the rotor of the ring-shaped motor; meanwhile, the rotary support component moves along with the rotating working platform and bears the weights of the heavy load workpiece and the rotating working platform.
